Michael D. Senneff is a 1963 graduate of the University of San Francisco. He graduated from the university’s School of Law in 1966 as a member of the McAuliffe Law Honor Society and is a founding editor of its law review. Upon admission to the Bar in 1966, Mr. Senneff served a one-year appointment as a law clerk to the Honorable Bruce R. Thompson, United States District Judge, District of Nevada. He was thereafter associated with the firms of Bledsoe, Smith, Cathcart, Johnson & Rogers of San Francisco; Spridgen, Barrett, Achor, Luckhardt, Anderson & James of Santa Rosa; and Ryersen, Comstock & Senneff of Santa Rosa. These associations extended from 1967 through 1977. Our present firm was established by Mr. Senneff in December, 1977.

Mr. Senneff is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a Member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, a Master of the American Inns of Court and is a member of the Association of Defense Counsel, the California Trial Lawyers Association, and the Redwood Empire Trial Lawyers Association. He has served as President of the latter group. He has lectured to the Association of Defense Counsel and to continuing education panels of the California Trial Lawyers Association. He is active in a wide variety of community and political affairs, having served as Chairman of the Planning Commissions of both the City of Santa Rosa and the County of Sonoma, Chairman of the Charter Review Commission of the City of Santa Rosa, President of the Sonoma County Family YMCA, President of Becoming Independent and as Sonoma County Chairman of both of Governor Deukmejian’s election campaigns.


Bonnie A. Freeman is a lifelong resident of Sonoma County. She obtained her B.A. degree from Sonoma State University and is a graduate of the University of San Francisco School of Law. Ms. Freeman’s practice includes employment litigation, constitutional law, real estate and construction law. Ms. Freeman is a past member of the Board of Directors for the Santa Rosa Boys & Girls Club, a present member of the Board of Directors of the Sonoma County Winery Foundation, and a volunteer with Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce Business Education Roundtable. Her professional memberships include her involvement as a Barrister member of the Richard Sangster American Inns of Court, and member of the Sonoma County Bar Association, as well as Sonoma County Women in Law.

Marshall E. Bluestone obtained his B.A. degree from the University of California at Davis in 1987 and graduated magna cum laude from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1990. Mr. Bluestone has been an Extern with the Sonoma County Superior Courts, past Vice President of the Sonoma County Young Lawyer's Association and volunteers as a panelist for the Superior Court Pro Tem Settlement Conference Program. He also volunteers with the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce Business Education Roundtable, is a Member of Leadership Santa Rosa, Class XVII, and is actively involved with Tomorrow’s Leaders Today. Mr. Bluestone regularly practices in both federal and state courts with emphasis in employment, civil rights, personal injury, real estate, business litigation and estate planning. He also represents several businesses in Sonoma County.

Trudy McQuiddy is a litigation paralegal with nine years experience in the legal field. She holds a B.A. from Sonoma State University where she also graduated from the Attorney Assistant Certificate program. She is a member of Redwood Empire Legal Assistants (RELA). While specializing in business litigation, Ms McQuiddy is also experienced in general business transactions, real property transactions and litigation, estate planning and probate. Actively involved in the community, Ms McQuiddy currently serves on the Board of Directors of Schools Plus.
